Jason.. now that's a "noggin" and I'm glad you made a painting so I can actually use this word. The B&W rendering for some reason makes me see this guy as a medieval priest, merchant or a townsfolk type dressed in Shreck clothing: leather buckled boots, tunic, felt hat (feather optional) - well maybe it's the coffee. Hero to hero it's a pleasure to see this caliber of work with such style and frequency.

Just got your book Jason thkx for sending Express. Its great i already seen all of the illustrations in here but observing them printed you can get a clean perception of the great artist you are.
Thank you much Guys . . . . well, it's easy when your subject is a "Character" already! :) I decided to mess around with this one a bit more, and while painting I discovered some mistakes and better choices where made . . . the likeness is much stronger now, I'll post that soon.

This is Dave Canfield here. I thought you should all kno that in real life I'm black, weigh 420 pounds wear an eyepatch- NOT EYEGLASSES. Anybody know where I ca find this Seiler fella?
