For those of you out there that don't have this DVD yet, you are missing out!!!! Its pretty amazing, and very informative!!!
I highly recommend this DVD.
Didn't have the dough for the Schoolism thing so this was the next best thing, and it's a definitely a durable good in that I can go and pick it up off the shelf whenever I need to recharge my batteries.
I'm gonna get me one of these, really need to work on my sketching and this is a must have.
Thought i would add a little bit more here. By day i work in an engineering warehouse. I work with some great guys who have previously expressed no interest in art until this blog. I get lots of questions and inquisitive looks over my shoulder during my lunch break when viewing this page. I get un-requested crits on my work as well as some friend-commissions which are always welcomed and taken as compliments. This Blog works and reaches out to people and places maybe in an unexpected way. It's a pleasure to be able to come here :-)
Great DVD i just can recommend it ! It´s a pleasure to look, such an talented artist, over the shoulder.
I bought one. . .loved it. I've watch it over and over. Very informative. The only think that I wished is that there had been a demo in color using photoshop.
Thanks Jason!!
Having long neglected my skills, and despite having done some editorial stuff for a big paper and a couple of websites, I knew I needed to develop my painting skills.
My original plan was an oil painting workshop, and that's still in the works, but Jason's DVD has been a huge help in reminding me the importance of patience and never calling something done until it's actually done. (Most of the pictures on my own site are only about 90% complete, arghh.)

Jason,I dont understand english spoken very well.If i buy this DVD i ll be able of realize this tutorial nevertheless?
this guy is a bit lame, if you want to learn to draw there are better sources. however, every bit helps i guess. it's just that this guy's art is slightly predictable and lame.
