Scott Knies!
I did a couple quick sketches today of my friend Scott Knies . . . an AMAZING guitar player, one of the best I know . . . and believe me, I know a lot. The sketch below the top sketch was my first take . . . it was too portrait-like, so I had another go, only this time having a little more fun while sketching . . . the exaggeration could be taken even further of course. I like to do these really quick and loose sketches, there's no pressure, just draw, experiment and have fun!

hahah...thats awesome man!! Its great having friends who have a lot of character.
What a great face your friend has!
Hey Jason.. I was at Border's the other day and checking out the music mags. Not one used an ilo on the cover .. all were pictures (photos) of bands or instruments. I thought perhaps there might be one Seiler up front... anyhow this current drawing "kicks butt" to borrow from one of your comments. Glad to see you're working for the CIA on secret Black Ops projects among your other more pedestrian commissions.
Hey Jason, Thanks for adding a link to my blog on yours! I added new blog link section on mine and added a link to you as well.
