You know, You're just a one trick pony... Lucky for you, the one-trick is making such amazing artwork! :-) Great job on this one.

Wow, cool portrait! I like your use of warm/cool color shifts to indicate turning of the form.
So original, good idea choosing that point of view.
really cool self portrait! and yes that pose is really fantastic!
Awesome Jason!!!
DOOOOOOOD MY ABSOLUTE FAV OF YOURS. The simpliciity of the piece makes it so great. love you bro~T
For some reason, I find caricaturists are often very good at doing self-portraits... this is no exception! Great design sense here.
Okay, Jason, that's it. It's time you came clean to the world. You have a tube of paint with a genie trapped inside, right?
And whenever you remove the cap, he has has to grant you a wish?
That has to be it -- because your talent is supernatural!
Wow Jason! its so poetic, there's so much your saying with the design and lighting of the painting. I love it! Congrats bro!

I haven't met you in person yet, but it's totally you :) Great job Jason!
Great piece Jason, the simplicity of shapes is really nice. I'm blown away by how loose the higher rez version is. Bravo, sir!
Beautiful in its simplicity! Love it.
it could use some more warm colours i think..as in the reds in the ears.. or some warm shadows in the shirt.. just my opinion, its a great self portait btw. to bad we dont see your face, as it should be in a selfportrait ;)
frank
Great one, Jason! I like the loose contrasted with the tight.
The impressive self-portraits caricature work!
Really nice skin tone. I love the looseness as well.
This is GREAT!
Bravo!!!

you'll have to crop and make it your new avatar at Wetcanvas!!!

daaaaahd
i can look at this one all day!!! sooooooo fuckin cool!!!!!!!!!!!! your work inspires me to go that extra mile!!!
That big ol' hat can't hide the artist for long! A brooding portrait with a hint of an enigmatic smile, lovelly deliberate unfinished strokes at the bottom-who needs shirt tails anyway? Great stuff!
EXCELENT !!
Very very cool! I love that the painting goes into a sketching. Very nice!
