like this style very much..reminds me of some ink work as well...

like painting from the soot scraped off the bottom of a bowl after a candle wick held to it. Makes an interesting ink...but, this has a nice sense of stark drama to it, with the flare of some contemporary allowing the dribbling down of some paint...almost as if to say, "in case you were wondering...yes, painted...so, there!"

very nice...one of my new favs..!

I've never seen a caricature of this guy, I've tried myself many times and failed. I can't see any exaggeration on this but it's a great drawing and likness.

Jason, excellent shirt work - complements the face well. Right eye centered punches up the composition effectively for an overall solid portrait.
