Moleskine sketches #1
I just got back from a week away with my wife and kids . . . a much needed rest! While on vacation I did manage to squeeze in some sketching. The above are a few sketches that I did for a project that's currently in the developmental stage.
Pencil, pen, and acrylic on moleskine sketch book paper.

I leave this Thursday for the Toronto Fan Expo so if you're in the area stop on by and say hi. I will be painting and drawing as well as selling and signing my new book and DVD.

Wonderful sketches Fantasticos.
From Argentina
Brilliant work. Your writing there is like the teasing tales Hitchcock used tell people when he was in elevators. He'd start with somethin like ... 'and there was blood everywhere, all over the walls, soaked into the carpets, and her face was so contorted....' then BING! 'This is my floor' and he'd get off leavin' everyone craving for more, or an ending. Anyway Fantastic sketches man. Great blog to visit.

Cool Jason, I wanted to tell you how good the Eric Holder painting looked in the "Standard". Very good likeness and appealing idea and composition. I also loved the Frank McCourt painting. Too bad it got printed so small.
I hate you, my moleskine looks nothing like this.
Fantastic work as always, im a big fan.
Wahouuuu ! that's all.
Well, well, well...Mr. Moss as some sort of a serial killer? Or have you just been hanging out with Brian and watching 'Dexter'? ;)
Hope you're well, my friend (I know your ART is!) Hopefully see you in October when I'm out for Kristen & Bill's wedding.
'Til then,
love to all mutual friends (and Kat & the girls :),
