Robert 9x12 OIL

This is a two hour study of a friend of mine.
9x12 oil on birch.

I'm going to do a much larger version that is less symmetric, perhaps maybe more of a 3/4s view? I think that will make for a more interesting painting. This was great practice and I now know the palette that I want to go with.
